Terms of Service

Welcome to THEFOOL, an AI-powered tarot reading application developed by POLYME DOT Co., Ltd. (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and POLYME DOT Co., Ltd. Your continued use of THEFOOL, Void Blueprint, Void Map, Aletheia, or any other POLYME DOT platform is taken as acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use THEFOOL. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Security

To access certain features you may register via Apple, Google, or LINE authentication. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account: protecting the credentials of the third-party provider you sign in with.
• All activity on your account: including purchases, readings, and any affiliate actions.
• Providing accurate information: especially for the Ambassador (Affiliate) program where payout details must be truthful.

4. The Service

THEFOOL provides AI-generated tarot interpretations, a personal "Grimoire" to save readings, subscription tiers ("Buffet"), one-time credit packs, and companion tools. Readings are produced by Google Gemini models and are symbolic interpretations — not deterministic predictions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including harassment, hate speech, or exploitation of minors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the AI prompts, model outputs, or proprietary data beyond your own account.
• Interfere with the operation of the service, including overloading, spamming, or bypassing rate limits and credit counters.
• Impersonate another person, share your account, or resell readings as a paid service without written consent.
• Use the service to provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychiatric) to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, tarot illustrations, application code, prompt systems, and visual design are the property of POLYME DOT Co., Ltd. and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Your readings: you retain a personal, non-exclusive right to view, save, and share your individual readings for non-commercial purposes. Screenshots for personal social media are welcome; commercial redistribution of reading text or card art is not permitted without written permission.

7. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed through official channels — Apple App Store, Google Play, PromptPay, or Stripe. By purchasing:

• Credits are consumed per reading and do not expire as long as your account is active.
• Buffet subscriptions auto-renew through the platform's billing system until you cancel through that platform's settings.
• Prices and packages may change; active subscriptions are honored at the price you originally agreed to until the next renewal.

8. Refunds

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases follow each platform's refund policy and must be requested through them. For PromptPay / direct purchases, refund requests can be submitted within 7 days of purchase if the product was not delivered due to a technical error on our side. Consumed credits and already-generated readings are non-refundable.

9. Affiliate (Ambassador) Program

If you join the Ambassador program:

• Commissions are calculated from qualifying, non-refunded purchases made through your referral link.
• Payouts are made on the 1st and 16th of each month once your balance reaches the minimum threshold (500 THB).
• Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, misleading advertising, or spam result in immediate forfeiture of balances and termination from the program.

10. Entertainment Disclaimer

All products of POLYME DOT — including THEFOOL, Void Blueprint, Void Map, and Aletheia — are designed for entertainment, reflection, and self-exploration. AI-generated readings are not professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local mental-health hotline.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLYME DOT Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent payment / affiliate activity. You may close your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting us; data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, regulatory changes, or operational improvements. Material changes will be announced in-app or via the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
