These Terms govern your use of every product published by POLYME DOT Co., Ltd. — including THEFOOL, THE MAGICIAN, THE EMPRESS, THE EMPEROR, and the rest of the Major Arcana suite. By creating an account or interacting with any POLYME service, you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Acceptance
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and POLYME DOT Co., Ltd. Continued use of any POLYME product after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the version then in force. Material changes will be announced in-app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must consent on your behalf. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account & Security
Access to personalised features requires sign-in via Apple, Google, or LINE. You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding the upstream credential you use to sign in (your Apple ID, Google Account, or LINE account).
- All activity on your account — readings, purchases, affiliate actions — until you report compromise to us.
- Truthful information, especially affiliate payout details. False or fraudulent information will void earned commissions.
The Service
The POLYME service comprises a family of AI-powered tools inspired by the Major Arcana — including but not limited to THEFOOL, THE MAGICIAN, THE HIGH PRIESTESS, THE EMPRESS, THE EMPEROR, THE HIEROPHANT, THE LOVERS, STRENGTH, THE HERMIT, JUSTICE, THE HANGED MAN, DEATH, TEMPERANCE, THE DEVIL, THE TOWER, THE STAR, THE SUN, JUDGEMENT, and THE WORLD — together with shared features such as your private Grimoire, the credit wallet, the Buffet subscription, daily tickets, and the Ambassador (affiliate) programme.
Readings are generated by Google Gemini models on POLYME-managed prompts. Specific products may add or rotate features over time; we will not silently remove a feature you have paid for without offering equivalent replacement or refund.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose — including harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to plan violence against any person.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying prompts, model outputs in bulk, or any proprietary data beyond your own account.
- Interfere with operation — overload servers, evade rate limits, multi-account to exploit free credits, or bypass payment / entitlement checks.
- Impersonate another person, share your account, or resell readings as a paid service without our written consent.
- Use the service to deliver professional advice (medical, legal, psychiatric, financial) to third parties.
- Submit content owned by others without permission, or upload personal data of third parties without their consent.
AI Output
Readings are produced by generative AI. Outputs are probabilistic and symbolic, not deterministic. They may occasionally contain mistakes, fabricated references ("hallucinations"), or content that is awkward in context. We continually improve prompts and models, but we cannot guarantee a specific factual claim made within a reading.
You retain personal, non-exclusive rights to view, save, and share your own readings for non-commercial purposes. You may not present AI-generated content as professional advice or as a human-authored work in commercial settings.
Intellectual Property
All brand assets, illustrations, application code, prompt systems, and visual design are property of POLYME DOT Co., Ltd. and protected by copyright and trademark law.
Personal use of your readings: screenshots for your own social media are welcome — please credit POLYME or the relevant product when convenient. Commercial redistribution of reading text, card art, or app design is not permitted without written permission.
Credits, Subscriptions & Payments
Payments are processed only through the channels listed below. Each operates under its own published terms.

- Credits are consumed per reading and do not expire while your account is active.
- Buffet and other subscriptions auto-renew through the originating platform until you cancel through that platform's billing settings.
- Prices and packages may change. Active subscriptions are honoured at the price you originally agreed to until the next renewal cycle.
- Tickets and daily rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for currency.
Refunds
App Store and Google Play purchases follow each platform's refund policy and must be requested through that platform. For Stripe / PromptPay purchases made on the web, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product was undelivered due to a technical fault on our side. Consumed credits and already-generated readings are non-refundable.
Affiliate (Ambassador) Programme
If you join the Ambassador programme:
- Commissions are calculated only from qualifying, non-refunded purchases made through your referral link.
- Payouts are remitted on the 1st and 16th of each month once the balance reaches the minimum threshold (฿500).
- Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, misleading advertising, and spam result in immediate forfeiture of balances and removal from the programme.
- POLYME reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice. Pending payouts at the time of change are calculated at the prior rate.
Entertainment Disclaimer
POLYME's products are designed for reflection, journaling, and entertainment. AI-generated readings are not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLYME DOT Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent payment or affiliate activity. You may close your account at any time from in-app settings or by writing to [email protected]; data deletion follows the timeline in the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides for a different forum or jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us first.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect new features, regulatory requirements, or operational improvements. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will move forward, and material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
